They were four complete strangers from four different walks of life:  an aging con artist with a debt to repay; a HIV-positive junkie looking to get her life back on track; a two-strike loser looking for honest work; and a morbidly obese single father with a debt of gratitude.  Whatever their backgrounds, whatever their reasons, fate brought them together at the apartment of the one common bond they shared:  Jerry, a charismatic, semi-notorious, small-time hood. 

Fate works in strange ways!

What begins as a chance meeting quickly evolves into a quest of Grail-like proportions involving a cat-and-mouse game with both terrorists and the FBI, all while attempting to discover the meaning of the contents of a strange, tin box.  In order to succeed, and more importantly, to survive, the quartet of peculiar protagonists must find strength and courage in two of the most improbable of places; inside of themselves and each other.
